We recommend using Canada Post for packs that are not needed immediately. The service is 20-50% less than UPS ground service / Standard service.  And both deliver in 3-5 business days.

For next day service, please choose UPS Next Day Saver for the best rate.  This expedited service takes 1 full (24hour) business day.

If you happen to want shipping within the city (limits) of Calgary - please use the special shipping option for this and we will deliver for a flat fee. OR if it's more convenient, you may pick up your pack.

US shipping destinations - UPS:

For fastest service, please select UPS Next Day Saver.

For a moderately priced shipping option choose the 3-day service.

For ground service or Standard service, please select UPS ground.

UPS and Canada Post are our shipping providers and for more detailed information on their services please check their websites.   Note that there are no deliveries on weekends or holidays.The use of PO Boxes will delay shipping Significantly.  UPS requires a person to receive the package.  This is not a problem shipping to hospital addressing.  Please include floor, unit number, wing, room and other information pertinent to your receivor's healthcare location.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  Please Note - when a shipping choice isn't available for your region the cost is listed at $1000.  The default shipping choice is Canada Post.  This may not be the least expensive or best delivery time for everyone.  And US shipping destinations need to choose UPS.
